Cloud seeding gone awry in Australia?

The story of the weird foam washing up on a beach in Australia hit the news a month or so ago. Links to the story here and one with a slideshow here.

Now the stories quote experts as saying that this is a natural phenomenon where the sea was turned into a giant espresso machine and frothed the ocean like this. To me it seems more likely that this was the result of cloud seeding gone awry. Take another look at the foamy waves and then compare it with the effect of the cloud seeding chemicals in this video. I think this explanation is a possibility particularly given the extreme drought conditions that have prevailed over Australia for the last year or so.
